Walker Franco was born in Colombia and now lives and works in Buenos Aires. He trained in Bogota since he was a little kid at his father´s own place where his father made style furniture like Luis VX , Chipendale, Imperio, Berge, Isabelino,etc for important Hotels in Bogotá.
He launched himself onto the design world in the late 90s, exposing his unique designs at the Palace de Glace with the firm "Itori Deco".
Walker’s furniture is unique, with every item a one-off. He takes his inspiration from the world around him and from a series of hand-drawn.
Underlines the importance on the culture of design of individuals who still make by hand and whose small but significant business initiatives have found noteworthy success.
